Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

440ml can at home. Pinkish amber with a foamy white head. Citrus and berry aroma, flavour is plum, cranberry and oats, exactly like a crumble. Lovely

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of overripe fruits, mango, orange, pine. Taste is the same, quite sweet with its overripe fruits, orange, mango, piney hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Not bad, but quite poor if compared to Dark Element's output. Always a little awkward when the host brewer is worse than the collaborator!

Can at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A thick black brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is spicy salty roast, liquorice, burnt cake, brandy snap sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, coconut, chocolate vanilla, cakey malts, oily, perfume. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, massaging carbonation. Good.

hoptimaal#19 sweet/sour aroma that reminds me of apricot liqeur, the pear and plum seems to have combined rather nicely into something resembling almonds, marzipan, cherry stones.. below the sweetness is a distinct sour/tartness that makes it work. flavor is quite sour/tart with an unwelcome slightly sulphurish note, also some fruity sweetness and fruitiness. The end just fizzles out being neither more sour or bitter or anything.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is relatively smooth with late emerging decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a modest creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine and a little hop spice into mildly bitter and ripe lemon and mild mango led tropical fruits. Light and mildly dry finish. Decent, like the slightly lemon vibe here.
