Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Can from Morrisons, Chippenham. A hazy dirty yellow colour with a thin white head. Lovely smell of ripe nectarine, lemon and a touch of pine. Lemon and pine follow through into the taste, but are let down by a rather thin and chalky body. Lasting fresh hop note in the aftertaste. It's ok but rather let down by the mouthfeel.

Can at home. I'd opened a bottle of 2017 cotes du rhone to go with dinner, but I did fancy another beer. I bought the wine en primeur many years ago and my wife is really tucking in to it! Besides, the wine will go better with dinner - if there is any left. Careful pour and a haze in the glass. Not a huge nose and a surprisingly restrained taste for the abv. A certain farmyardy hops that I do enjoy, alongside a richness. Very nice.

Draft at the Jolly Fisherman, Hastings. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, grainy, mineral, juicy jammy orange marmalade, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
