Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Draught @ Øllets Dag 2024, Sønderborg. Pours hazy light straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, with notes of hops and touches of yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast and touches of malt and fruit. Citric and estery aftertaste with bitter touches. Decent.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Hazy green pour with a white head. Unsurprisingly lime laden nose, touch of lemon marmalade, kiwifruit. Refreshing limey flavours, spot of sherbet lemon. Dry, very fruity taste. Tart, tasty sour.

1/9/2024. Can shared by Colin, cheers. Pours black with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is blackberry, ice cream, chocolate, ash, roasted malt, vanilla, cream soda, nut, sweet syrup, hint of rhubarb. Didn't start too sweet, but sweetness develops to be quite heavy, alongside moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, smooth and creamy, very soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Big fan of this.

Tidy enough DIPA.

Tap at Brewskival. Hazy yellow with white head. Tropical, citrusy, loads of pineapple and mango. Slightly bitter finish gives it a bit of character. Good one!
