Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Panda, thanks to Cloin. Almost clear black brown beer, good bubbly tan head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy dark malts, not heavy at all, they are smooth and creamy sweet with a good serving of ice cream van chocolate syrup. A little chocolate cake. Smooth finish. A little one dimensional but tasty enough.

Hazy green beer, white head. Lime-y aroma. Flavour has, wait for it, lime! Sugary to give it the slushy vibe but not overpoweringly so. If anything it could probably do with more tartness or sweetness. Certainly I'd take more lime. Decent though, and super drinkable.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Black with a small crown of khaki head. Smoky aroma, burnt malt. Bittersweet taste with a suggestion of light blackberry and salt plum. Finish is very dry, as it should be with a dry stout, but often isn't. Medium body and carbonation (although i did let is sit and warm up for a bit). Very well done.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Fairly smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. A light but persistent soft hop skunk. Light pine. Nice Idaho hop fruits but pretty light. Trace of candy fruits. Whisper of hop spice on the back end.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly soft creamy sweet malts. Hops are light pine and ripe but bright multi-faceted citrus and tropical fruits. More the latter really, a fairly tandy and semi dry finish. Nicely fruity.
