We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Can: Poured a bright orange with a white frothy lacing head. Aroma is juicy hops, citrus, grapefruit, tropical. Taste is nice lively hops bitter, citrus, fruity, grapefruit, pineapple, pulpy.

Fra fat på Henrik, sammen med Børge: helt uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer. Lavt karbonert, men saftig så det holder. Tropiske frukter osv osv, men ikke for søt. Frisk avslutning.

Sort med beige lav nesten ikke eksisterende topp. Aroma; Kaffe, malt, mørk sjokolade. Smak; sjokolade, kokosnøtt, malt, kaffe, vanilje. Myk munnfølelse, lang litt søtlig ettersmak.

300ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Almost black in the glass, scattered lacing from a covering beige head. Inviting roasted malty aromas with nutshell. Mid-sweet taste profile of black chocolate and nuts. Roasted, mid-dry, malty ending. Medium bodied. Pretty good. (Tromsø, 10.01.2024)

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried mango and orange cream. Flavour of orange cream and apricot. Medium to full body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Dank and chewy.

Can. Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head which leaves some lace. Aroma is hay, floral, fruity and mild sweet malty tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some grass, herbal, lemongrassy and some nectary tones too. Somewhat bitter finish.
