"Gipfelweiße 2016", Flasche (33 cl, MHD: 3/2017) aus dem Braukontor, Potsdam. - "Gebraut von Schneeeule und Bogk-Bier ... in der ehemaligen Willner-Brauerei" (in Berlin-Pankow). - Bernsteingelb, milchig trüb (nach Aufschütteln der Hefe), stark schäumend. - In der Nase Weizenmalz und mild fruchtige Herbe, dazu interessante "alte" Noten. - Antrunk stark rezent und angenehm mild-säuerlich mit mäßig herbem Apfelwein und leichten Anklängen an Zitrone und Joghurt. Milde, leicht holzige Herbe mit ein wenig Rhabarber. Spritzig, sehr schlank. Kurzer Abgang mit leichter Pampelmusenherbe. - Spritziges, leichtes und rundes doch hinreichend komplexes Erfrischungsgetränk, das an Apfelweinschorle erinnert. Sehr angenehm - aber von einer "alten Weißen" hatte ich etwas mehr Tiefgang erwartet.

Bottle from a store in Berlin. Starts clear yellow, clouds as I add the dregs. Aroma of funky straw. Taste is lightly tart lemon. Decent.

Pale yellow golden colour, white head. Light sour aroma, citrus, light malts, buttermilk. Light sour flavour, quite fruity, light grapes. Finish mild sour, lactic and hints of rhubarb. Some hints of brett. Quite nice!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Schneeeule / Bogk Gipfelweiße ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, light sour malt - lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tropical fruit, pale malt, wheat, baking yeast, light lacto - sour malt - tart. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
