Il corpo è pieno equamente diviso tra dolce medio e amaro medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. L’aroma possibilmente è con meno frumento rispetto allo stile e presenta fiori di sambuco.
