A fine bevuta la schiuma a bollicine medie si fa ricordare per il pizzo che rimane sul vetro. La frizzantezza del liquido limpido è vivace, a bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno, con il dolce medio in equilibrio con l’amaro medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona e lunga. Il finale è dissetante e rimanda a erbe e luppolo.

L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Decisamente una birra buona. Il finale è amarognolo, lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. L’aroma rimanda alle erbe, alla frutta secca, alla frutta fresca, al caramello e agli agrumi.
