Description
We are seven actual brothers of the McAvoy family from Salford who love beer (we also have four sisters who love gin). It was our Dad who first got us into beer – he used to home brew when we were kids and so for us, there’s a lovely nostalgia in everything about beer. We brew our beer in Salford, where we also have our Tap Room – you can come over and visit any time!

Tap @ The Beerhouse, Salford. Light clear golden with a thin head. It has a dirty hoppy taste, which nullifies an already low passion fruit influence.

Can from Seven Brothers Beer House, Salford. Clear brighter coloured gold with a small head and a light carbonation. This is a very hoppy brew with a decent body.

Keg @ Seven Brothers Beer House, Manchester. Sessionable golden al with a slightly dense texture and has an easy enough light hopped bitter flavour.

Made with second grade corn(flakes) from Kellogg's. Straw blond and hazy with thin soapy head. It's clean, fresh and sessionable but lacking somewhat in depth and also in hop bitterness.

[44cl can from the Co-op, Bromborough, Wirral.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a loose white head; lemony aroma; lemon soda taste; with a pithy grapefruit kick to finish. Not bad.

[44cl can from a Co-Op store in Bromborough, Wirral.] A cloudy pale amber pour with a tight cream coloured head; grainy aroma with a hint of citrus; sharp under-ripe grapefruit bitterness, mellowed by a sweet grainy body. An interesting idea for a beer.

Can from Seven Bro7hers Beer House, Salford Quays. Pale gold with a head. Citrus--hoppy brew with the latter just dominant, but a lemon fruitiness is obtained. It's certainly a pale ale in design with its coconut coming to the fore in its aftertaste.
