Description
We are seven actual brothers of the McAvoy family from Salford who love beer (we also have four sisters who love gin). It was our Dad who first got us into beer – he used to home brew when we were kids and so for us, there’s a lovely nostalgia in everything about beer. We brew our beer in Salford, where we also have our Tap Room – you can come over and visit any time!

440ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a very short-lived, fizzy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a light, slightly watery, smooth, caramel, light ashtray, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

440ml can from Asda. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light, slightly watery, lemon rind, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A typical light supermarket beer brewed for their price point, but drinkable and refreshing all the same.

0,44 boks fra kjøleskapet hos Mossy Well, delt med Steven i hagen: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Søtlig maltkropp og tropiske frukter, pluss noen søte clementiner. Slank og lettdrikkelig.

Can from Asda Supermarket, Manchester. Hazy golden-orange with no head. Hoppy-fruity taste, although the mango is much more stated in its aroma than taste. There's a carbonated fizz about it too.
