Half-pint, cask ale at Hole in the Wall. Shared with Finn. Upper part lacing on the glassware from a film-type layer. Clear copper coloured body. Moderate malt-fruity nose, earthy. Blended taste of leafy hops and mid-sweet earthy malts. Short leafy bitterness towards the ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Southsea 18.10.2022).

Gravicask, 4.8 % abv, at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival 2022, Marquee Bar. Shared with Finn. Naked at the surface of a ruby coloured body, spotty lacing. Caramel fruity nose, promising. Similar taste of caramel fruits. Bittersweet finish. Pretty alright. (Nottingham 13.10.2022).

Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival 2022, Marquee Bar. Shared with Finn. Clear golden body, bubbly ring to the rim, spotty lacing. Fresh citrus aromas. Orange fruity up front to the taste profile, added by dried fruit, and a twist of juicy malts. Rounded fruity tail. Decent stuff. (Nottingham 13.10.2022).

31/12/2021. Tap at the Three Wise Monkeys, Ipswich. Pours black with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma is light soured cherry, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, ash. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Pretty decent, if lacking a bit of body.
