Really good, modern bitter. Hoppy but all the malt and bitterness you expect from the style.

Can. A light haze on this amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a good caramel, not over sweet. The unusual trio of hops bring crisp pine, some Challenger spice and cedar. Modest orchard fruits with somewhat surpressed citrus on the back end. Light crisp finish leaves a mild bitter linger. Nice crisp modern bitter.

Keg at The Lyric, Soho. Pours deep chestnut with beige foam. Aroma: plums, stewed fruits, caramel, toffee, minor dried fruits, yeasty hints. Taste: towards moderate sweet & bitter, light rich, caramel, dark & dried fruits, candied peel.
Medium body with soft carbonation. Minir Dubbel vibes, to my taste.
