Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 5/10/2013. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Sweetish aroma of grains, mandarins and grapefruit with a touch of floral hop. Flavour had plenty more sweet fruits, a hint of yeastiness and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask on gravity at the Ashley Down brewery 20/92013. Slightly hazy amber with a thin, off-white head. Tangerines and pineapple, some cereal mlats, grassy hops and a dryish finish. I would agree with the comment below about it lacking a bit of body, but still enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 5/10/2013. Dark brown with a hint of red and decent tan head. Sweet, brown sugar and prune aroma with a touch of roastiness. Flavour had a lot more sweetness upfront, with a touch of coffee coming through in the finish. Ok.

On gravity at the Volunteer, Bristol 25/05/2013. Copper coloured with a slight white head. Good all round session bitter, with biscuity malts, a hint of caramel, hedgerow fruits, some leafy hops with a touch of orange, which culminated in a decent, bitter finish. A good brew by a new entrant.
