26/5/2018. Cask at the Lincoln CAMRA Beer Festival 2018. Pours almost black with a maroon tint and no head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruit and light coffee and liquorice. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, quite thin texture, flat carbonation. Roasty finish. Decent.
