Draught@SBWF 2009.
Hazy golden color, small steady creamy head, lace. Sticky, diacetylic and sour nose. Flavor is more diacetyl and toffee. Quick sweet bun finish. Quite infected feeling. (Btw, this can’t be a Vienna)

Golden color, small white head. Malty, perhaps a bit diacetylic, otherwise quite neutral nose. Sweet, corn, light diacetyl and grains in the flavor. Bland.

Dark brown color, steady creamy beige head, lace. Some caramel, grass and cooked vegetables. Sweetish flavor, some vegetables, corn, caramel. No idea what style they have tried to brew. Vienna perhaps.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, faint head. Sour butterscotch aroma. Sweet and fruity, yeasty and lemony. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Low bitterness. How long has the infection at Ysta been going on now? These bacterias are probably teenagers by now...

Bottle courtesy Saxo. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Nice spur notes. Light bitter flavor. Strange but nice acetic notes. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. A surprisingly sour pale lager, but I dont think it was infected!

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of dark fruit and wild berries. Slightly roasted with a hint of acidity. Malty, fruity taste with dark fruit and dark bread. Medium body, balanced sweetness and low bitterness. I’ve tried a couple of infected bottled beers from this brewer, but this one was fairly decent..

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with dark fruit, apricots and toffee. Slightly sourish hints of tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, apricots, and a fresh and well balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Tried some of their beers a couple of years ago, but they were quite awful. Quality seems to be a bit uneven. This one, however, was really nice.
