Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Badisch Mäxle Hefeweizen Hell ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, candy, fruity, riped banana, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20150912]

Golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, straw, apple. Malty flavour, bit sweet, light hops. Malty sweet finish.

Clear pale yellow beer, small irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, sweet, banana touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: grassy, pretty bitter hops, malty, grains, slightly sour. Aftertaste: bitter, some almonds, grassy, pretty hoppy, not bad!

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Quite dry. Clove and smooth grain. Nearly no sweetness, no fruit. Nice yeasty dry clove aroma. Hints of bitterness. The aftertaste is dry-grainy, yeast, smooth, round and nice.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Süßlich-getreidiger Antrunk. Typische Alkoholfrei-Aromen zusammen mit einer recht süßlichen Hefe. Der Nachgeschmack ist süßlich-hefig mit einem leicht trocken-getreidigen Grundton. Etwas zu süßlich-klebrig auf der Zunge.

Bottle(Diky, pane!): Golden with anorangey sheen, cloudy, bigger White rocky head, that slowly collapses; vanilla, yeast, wheat and bananas in the nose with - fortunately - only small traces of cloves; moderate sweet flavour with a light acidity, quite light bodoed, qite soft as well; lingering fruity and caramelly finish, followed by a delicate tartness in the aftertaste. Pretty good, nice surprise...

Frischer, herb hefiger Beginn mit geringer Bananigkeit. Im Mittelteil neben der milden Hefigkeit leicht bitter, rund. Nettes Weizen ohne Besonderheiten aber auch ohne Fehler. 12/11/10/10/7/10

Getreidig süßer Beginn, dann in kurzem Abstand brotig, hefig, dann bitter werdend. Zurück bleibt zum Ende Ende leichte Bitterkeit und minimale Süße. 6/5/7/5/5/5

Trocken herber Antrunk, hintergründig grasig. Trockener Antrunk, in dem die Herbe dafür grasiger ist. Frischer Nachgeschmack mit einer etwas blechernen Bitterkeit. Ok. 8/8/9/8/6/7
