Basically a less malty Schwarzbier. Which is interesting because I thought Mumme was supposed to be more malty, more heavy. Sad that they don't use tree bark and eggs like some brewers supposedly used to.

On tap at the Brewhouse on 16th October 2021. Slight haze to the golden body, stable white head. Dry tasting with some hop bitterness flavour wise. Not very exciting but it was refreshing and not unpleasant.

Draught at the Brewhouse on 16th October 2021. Dark and malty, beige head. It's an old school Dunkel and ticks all the right boxes.
