Cask at GBBF 2019. Not sure which one it was. Slightly hazy, golden orange. Light acetone, manure, funk, apple, some straw in the nose. Acidic, a touch of vinegar, medium tannins, funky ass with lots of aceton and maybe a bit mousy. Some sweet fruit.

Based on the descriptions I am guessing this is what I had at GBBF 2019 as their labeling - Farmhouse Cider (Straw Pressed) - does not appear to be accurate. Medium sweet but with a spirit vinegary edge to it. Nice enough.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample! Very dry and sourish cider. Extremely dry apples, very fruity-sour with tart hints. Light in body, easy to drink. Sourish-fruity apples with hints of tannins on the tongue. Very refreshing, but not too deep in aroma.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample! Extremely sour vinegar-like beginning. Vinegar-apples, wood, but no brandy or any other pleasant aroma. Sour woody vinegar with hints of apples. This cidery might have a hygienically problem...

draught at Brimblecombe Farm. Hazy dark golden colour. The rum cask conditioning adds a fruity and slightly sweet touch of this wild and tart cider.

draught at Brimblecombe Farm. Hazy golden colour. The spirit’s flavour comes through, also with hints of wood and vanilla. The wild character of the cider is still present.
