Bottle, at the March 2025 DCBeer share. Poured a very hazy, dark yellow color, kind of dull looking. White head. Aroma had kind of a peppery pale ale, seems a bit like a throwback. Light herbal, mild grain.
Hmm
Good. Very good. Sweet and tangy.

Crowler fill, from the brewery. Poured a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was sweet malt, some herbal malts. Flavor was sweet malt, light bitterness. Big earthy notes. Kind of reminded me of the phase where breweries were throwing in home grown wet hops or other home grown things and the results kind of felt like one of my home brews.
