Clear dark red to purple brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, good dry roast, alcohol notes, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, sweet caramel malts, bitter hops, a bit resinous, spicy. Aftertaste: more grains, hay, cow fodder, grassy bitterness, roasted, malty, some caramel, ok but not great.

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: pretty fruity start, a bit malty, oxidized stuff, apricots, peaches, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good acidity up front, lemony, grapefruit, lime, prickly pear, nice stuff! Aftertaste: clean acidity, fruity, more lemony, lactobacillus, sourish finish, nice!

Clear pale blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, old school American IPA, tropical fruits, juicy, very nice, pleasant. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus up front, dank hops, nice. Aftertaste: good bitterness, resinous, hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, a bit grassy, good stuff!
