About
You can find Enville Brewery nestled amongst the beautiful rolling hills and valleys of the South Staffordshire countryside. Whilst stables may not be the obvious choice for most emerging breweries, Enville’s founder could see that these unused farm buildings would be the perfect, if somewhat unlikely, home for a brewery. We have have been brewing award-winning ales here in the village of Enville since 1993.

Cask gravity at Battersea Beer Festival 2006. Hazy gold, some diacetyl, quite fresh on aroma but then deadish pale malt. Some tangy fruit, followed by more butterscotch. Finish is citricly focussed. Not sure it was ready or in the best of conditions

Cask@26th Burton upon Trent Beer Festival. Black beer with a wholewheat biscult aroma and a dry and slightly biscuity flavour. Overall a strange biscuity beer.

Cask at GBBF Very dark ruby but that is as far as it resembles a dark mild. Not typical at all of this type of beer, diacetyl on the nose and none of your usual dark burnt roasted malt flavours. Very disappointing

Typical English ale, beautiful amber colour but very poor head. Yeast aroma, flowery, some very nice hop, but hidden. Tastes like light apple cider, not really balanced, not enough body. Peculiar, tha apple in the finish, but not enough character, poor palate.
