Bottle 750ml. clear glass, corked.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sugary apples, sweet apples, ice cider alike notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, sugary apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy and flat !! finish feel is light alcoholic. [20121110]

Bottle, 75cl. Vintage 2010. It pours a clear, golden body with some bubbles on top. The aroma is really pleasant, with apples, some orchard and a sweetish fruity touch. Not much alcohol detected. The flavor is sweet and very apple dominated, some apple cores chimes in, and then the alcohol kicks in big time. It’s very warming on the palate, too much actually, but it’s still a nice cider. Would be interesting to have an edition at 7 to 8 % ABV. 121110

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear yellow with small diminishing white head. Aroma is apple, juice with notes of alcohol. Flavour is apple, juice, medium dry, little tart with strong notes of alcohol.

750 ml clear "champagne" bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Vintage 2010. ABV is 10%. Organic ("økologisk"). Golden colour. Pours fizzy with a short-lived white head. Pleasant aroma of cider apples, nutty notes, hints of sulphites. Dry and crisp flavour of cider apples, the bitter varieties dominate, esp. in the finish. Very good - the best Norwegian cider I’ve had so far. .
