Bottle. Clear golden body under a small white head that fades away immediately. Aroma has yellow apple with hint of sulphite and alcohol. Taste is a bit weak, mild acidic apple fighting for the attention against the alcohol, also some sulphite and slightly harsh. Medium body and aftertaste. Not the best cider from Balholm, decent first few sips when served cold, then the alcohol becomes to dominating as the temperature rise a bit.

YG 200820. Golden color with white bubbles. Aroma is sourness, apple. Flavor is apple, sourness, yeast, alcohol, grass. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, sparkling pale voksen cider with some short-lived bubbles. The aroma is a bit sharp, lightly alcoholic, with a pleasant apple scent. Some grass. Yellow apples, grass, alcohol, apple cores and some apple jam in the flavor. Long finish with a tad much booze. Not the most exciting cider I've had. 200820
