750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of eating apples. Moderately sweet flavour of eating apples. Short finish.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, grass, sour apples, hay, minerals, apple cores, sorrel, alcohol, flowers. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sorrel, alcohol, minerals, harsh apple peel, sawdust, fruit stones, bark, apple cores, medicine, paper. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle. A clear, almost colorless drink drink, still and headless. Rather mead-ish aroma, honey, apples and some orchard and grass. It's warming, sweet and sticky on the palate, with lots of honey flavor. Apples, grass and orchard too, and a very light spiced touch. Long, warming, sticky finish. There's not much cider left in this drink. 190406
