375 slimline bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. Despite the name, this is not a liqueur, but a freeze distilled ice cider. ABV is 16%. Clear reddish golden to amber colour, no carbonation. Intense aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider, hints of oak. Extremely intense and concentrated sweet flavour of apple juice, cider and oak.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Pale golden colour, pours fizzy with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, hops and elderflowers. Medium dry flavour with the same elements - the blend of hops and elderflowers does not stand out as harmonious. Won't buy again.

Fles gekregen van TomM en ThijvdB voor ons 25 jarig jubileum. Thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV en Inoven. Het is een troebel oranje kleurige Cider met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van fris zure appel. De smaak is vol fruitige, zacht zoete fris zure appels.
