No head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry boozy, apple cores, minerals, booze, sap, apple juice, honey, herbs, hay, bark. Taste is slightly sweet boozy, sap, hops, apple juice, honey, booze, minerals, grass, herbs, flowers, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet boozy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee, too boozy.

Aroma is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, apple peel, yellow apples, elderflower, apple cores, sorrel, flowers, yeast, hints of banana bubblegum. Taste is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, yellow apples, elderflower, apple peel, sorrel, yeast, flowers, unripe berries, hints of banana bubblegum. Fresh fruit mouthfeel. Nice.

Eplearoma og -smak med fornemmelser av saison (høy og urter) - er det humlebruken som gir sitt bidrag her? Frisk og lettdrikkelig når den serveres kjøleskapskald. Syrlige epler i ettersmaken. Bottle. A mostly clear golden colored cider with some floaties. Apple cores, barnyard, cellar funk, some yeast and orchard in the aroma. It's full bodied, dry and with a soft carbonation. Funky apple flavor with a light vinegar touch. Barnyard, ripe apples and a sourish hint in the flavor. Lasting finish. I'm not sure how long I've cellared this one, three years probably, but it sure works. 171203
