Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, yeast, alcohol, apple cores, bark, oak, sour apples, hay. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, dry apples, alcohol, hay, apple cores, sour apples, grass, flowers, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Risør 171118. Pale golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, yeast. flavor is citrus, apple, elderflower, yeast. Nice cider.

330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples and eating apples, hints of elderflowers. Moderately sweet and refreshing flavour, notes of eating apples, hints of elderflowers. Fair enough.

Taste is slightly sweet boozy, sap, hops, apple juice, honey, booze, minerals, grass, herbs, flowers, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet boozy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee, too boozy.

Taste is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, yellow apples, elderflower, apple peel, sorrel, yeast, flowers, unripe berries, hints of banana bubblegum. Fresh fruit mouthfeel. Nice.
