Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, yeast, alcohol, apple cores, bark, oak, sour apples, hay. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples and eating apples, hints of elderflowers. Moderately sweet and refreshing flavour, notes of eating apples, hints of elderflowers. Fair enough.
