Canned December 10th.

Pours a clear pale gold with a good long lasting head of foam.

Smells sweet, malty, some fresh baked bread. No hints of bitterness.

It's all malty in the taste as well. Bready, caramel, from start to finish. Very consistent flavours. True to style...

Good smooth mouthfeel.

A nice break from the hoppy.

Taste at Trail's End. Pour a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The aroma is strong watermelon jolly rancher, with some sugar and lime. Quite tart and sugary-sweet. Light body, with an acidic, slick palate. This is a focused and well made beer, but not really my thing.

Taster at Trail's End. Not very hazy, with a big, frothy, off-white head. The nose is guava, chalk, pine, and white sugar. Pretty malty, with a mild, crisp bitterness. Light body, with a dusty and creamy mouthfeel. Easy and simple IPA.

Draft at Colorado Craft. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a big, frothy, white head. Strong vanilla aroma with some pine sap, butterscotch, and light mint. Sweet and creamy, with a bit of bitterness. Light body, with a sharp and creamy feel. This is a fun, and well made cream ale.

On tap at Trail's End Taproom. Pours a nice, ruby-brown color, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is strong bread dough, butterscotch, ripe bananas, and some bark and earth. Sweet and yeasty, with a very light bitterness. Medium body, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. This is a lovely, malt-forward amber.
