33cl bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Porus clear copper coloured with a rather small off-white head. Rather modest aroma of malt and caramel with notes of dried dark fruits and hints of herbs and metal. Sweet and caramelly with some fruity notes and a fairly light bitterness. Light to medium body with fairly average carbonation. Easy to drink, but on the sweet side and hardly very interesting. --- Beer merged from original tick of Myrkr on 21 Dec 2014 at 19:47 - Score: 5

33cl bottle from Arve_Christian (thanks a lot!) Pours clear golden with a white head. Mild malty and grainy aroma with some slightly fruity and floral notes and hints of grass and honey. Moderate sweet with fairly mild, but balanced flavours and a nice bitterness. Refreshing and quite tasty pilsner.

33cl bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours clear golden with a rather small, white head. Herbal, grassy and grainy aroma with weak fruity and floral notes. American IPA? It says so on the back of the bottle. Well, not quite what I expected yet again, somewhat hoppy, yes, but still reminds me more of a hoppy lager or pilsner than a pale ale. Moderate to medium sweet with modest hoppy and grainy flavours and mild, but fairly nice bitterness.I have no idea where this is brewed, but have to say I am a bit confused - it says on the label that it’s an American IPA brewed in England. Well, fairly drinkable, but still more puzzled and curious about this than impressed. --- Beer merged from original tick of Inland on 10 Dec 2014 at 18:44 - Score: 5

33cl bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours clear golden with a rather small, white head. Herbal and grainy aroma with hints of pine and citrus. Not quite what I expected, somewhat hoppy, yes, but reminds me more of a hoppy lager or pilsner than a pale ale. Moderate to medium sweet with modest hoppy and grainy flavours and mild, but quite nice bitterness. Don’t know where this is brewed, but have to say I am a bit disappointed - it says on the label that it’s an APA brewed in England. Well, fairly drinkable anyway, but... --- Beer merged from original tick of Dragur Vikingr on 09 Dec 2014 at 18:31 - Score: 5

33cl bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours clear golden with a rather short lived white head. Molderate malty aroma with notes of grass and herbs with some floral and light honey hints too, Moderate sweet with mild malty and hoppy flavours and a moderate, but pleasant bitterness. Better than most of the regular Norwegian "pilsner" - quite drinkable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Jubileums Pils on 09 Dec 2014 at 17:36 - Score: 5

Unable to see the color through a plastic football mug. Quite standard pale lager aroma with some grassy notes. Decent moderate body and an ok bitterness. Mild malty, herbal and mild grassy flavor.
