Poured from 650mL bottle. Deep copper orange, almost brown with light beige head. Cinnamon and nutmeg, subtle pumpkin, fairly light body, flavour dissipates relatively quickly. Tastes like Russell Cream Ale with some spices added.

Draft 10 oz pour at the Red Racer. Expanding my style horizons during my stay in lovely Vancouver. Bright golden pour with a strong straw aroma. Plain flavor, but quite refreshing. Nothing here that blows my mind, but I have no problem drinking this at all. Semi sweet finish. Not bad.

On tap at Darby's, pours a hazy dull copper with a small white head. Aroma is super fruity, with loads of tropical fruits, almost like a fruit punch, with some resinous hops in there. Flavour is quite a bit different, with loads of piney hops domination - not actually much of the tropical fruits or resin, and just enough biscuity malt backing. Really well-structured, with exceedingly high drinkability. Excellent IPA.

Okay head and brownish body but you can see through it, sort of. Very heavy smelly leather aroma, beef jerky, nitrite smoke. Flavour is heavy and thick smoke with leather. Chewy. Harsh stuff to drink. I’ve never been a huge fan of smoked beers and this one comes on too strong.
