Cider making started as a hobby with production of some 25 litres. By 2013 we were using around 90 tonnes of home counties grown apples and crafting some 60,000 litres of Proper Cider which is increasing year on year (71,000 litres in 2019). We do not filter, pasturise or carbonate our products and the only additives are sucralose and sulphites in small quantities. We do everything in house and package in bottles, cans, bag in box, pouches, casks and kegs.

Keg at the Ascot brewery taproom, 06/08/22. Hazed orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet mango flesh, apple taking the backstage, grass Taste comprises mango pulp, toffee apple, tannins, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. OK refesher for a hot day.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a white crown that clears to spotting. Nose is apple peel, herb, spices, pineapple, clove, hay bale. Taste comprises sweet apple, apple pie, big clove presence, mulled fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Ok for a mulled affair.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/22. Clear golden with a white cap that soon dissipates to a thin swirl and edging. Nose is bitter apple, apple skin, orchard wood, straw, light herb. Taste comprises cooking apple, apple core, light acidic nip, tannins, tree bark. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent flavoursome cider.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of strawberry flavouring, chewing gum, alittle apple. Taste is sweet, strawberry flavour, apple core, sugary, with some citric tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Very sweet.

Taste comprises apple pulp, strawberry syrup, sugars, artificial taste. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Started off Ok with a decent enough strawberry aroma but soon turned sweet and sickly.

Bottle at home picked up from Ciderlicious. A light hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a lively white froth that subsides. Aroma is semi sweet, cedar, waxy, christmas spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, pine tips, Flavour is composed of tart green apple, mixed spices, cedar, cinnamon, twist of lemon acidity, cedar tannin. Palate is semi sweet, tart, tangy, salty, prickly carbonation. Quite interesting, spices, are well integrated.

Bottle at home picked up from Ciderlicious. A clear mid orange coloured pour with a little effervescence. Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple, little brown sugars, hint of elderflower, light tang, juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, shrap crisp apple, pinch of acidity, , prickly tart finish, hints of brown sugars. Palate is semi sweet, sharp, tart, moderate fine carbonation. Really crisp and clean and easy going.

Bottle at home from Ciderlicious. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, white icing sugars, jammy strawberry, strawberry flavouriing, juicy apple. Flavour is composed of tart, tangy apple, salty savoury notes, strawberry icing,. Crisp tart finish. Big sickly in the finish. Palate is sweet and sour, prickly carbonation. Not a fan of this.
