Draft in Centreville. Hazy amber color, large thick cream colored head. Aroma of pine > grass > flowers. Taste is malty biscuit with good balance. Nice.

Draft. Served ice cold. I mean it had little ice chips floating in it. Once it thawed, the beer smelled like caramel and tasted similar with a background of milk chocolate. OK.

Draft. Extremely pale yellow color, scant white edge head. Aroma of subtle straw. Taste is very watery black pepper. When you taste other low alcohol beers like Fanø Havgus or Struise Single Black, beers like this one don’t stand a chance.

Draft at Merrifield location. Poured an absolutely clear golden copper color with a white head. Aroma were what you’d find in a typical lager - cereal grain notes, malts. It was drinkable, but was entirely unremarkable. A beer I’d say reminds me of Budweiser, if Budweiser was actually good.

Served on draft at the Sterling location on 4/30/11. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of faint caramel malts and bitter hops in the finish. The taste is pale malts, corn, bitter grassy and minty hops. Thin bodied. Disappointing.
