Tap harmony inn. Pale & clear. Clean beery aroma. Taste is much more acceptable than I was expecting for a wheat ale, very little if any wheat ale bitterness. Rather refreshing, really. Yes, very good example of how civilized a wheat ale actually can be! Every so slightly tart in the background. I would have like a little more CO2, but whatevv. Refreshing, I’ll have another! Nice job NC!

Sampled on draft this beer poured a golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was sourish, citric and had a bit of dish soap. The flavor was tart, sour and dry with an astringent presence, citrus and a bit of peach. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Tap @ bocktown, nice place. Pale with a hint of orange. Nose is fruity perfume. Very enticing. Easy fun fruit beer from the start. Fruity, almost sweet but leaves a tart finish. Wild in effetcs fer sure. Quite good, will get another. Not quite as good as the original lurn sour recipe, but very good none the less. Is not as sour yet has some attributes of the original wit. Let’s have another!

Tap market district. Simply pale aesthetically. Slight friendly peach perfume aroma greets the nose. From the beginning this goes down way too easy. There is no hint of alky in there at all. I know i could enjoy a 6’er of these from the start. Fun tart hay flavored mild beer commences. So nice, yummy. So fresh this is. A slight hint of peach is ever present but if your weren’t paying attention you’d miss it. Not artificial, the real thang. Easy fun stuff. Almost like your are attracted by a slightly tart orange apple soda pop. Nice job NC, some of the better local wild beers have come from you, just wish I was there for every wild sour beer release! YUMMY! THIS BEER ROCKS!

On tap at patricks. Look, I’m not a fan of impy stout but if you are, you need to flip my numbers and try this, quite on style. Big black large & in charge int he glass. Sweet volatile coca-cola aroma, unique nose. I don’t care for whisky either and this is full of whisky flavor, reminds me a little of a heavy duty rum & coke. If you like whisky, drink whisky, if you like beer drink beer, why do whisky & beer? hey if you want that then get a boiler-maker, heheheh. I don’t get the beer that tastes like whisky thing.Overall, quite unique in its presentation.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a very dark brown color with a small foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was bozzy with bourbon, toasty malts and vanilla. The flavor was sweetish, tangy and overwhelmingly boozy with notes of whiskey and dark fruit. Long boozy whiskey finish. Booziness grows and distracts. Moderately full bodied but a bit flat. Ok.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy brownish-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly. Short strings of lace. Pumpkin spice and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of malt, cinnamon, caramel and allspice. The finish is pumpkin pie spice and malt. Decent overall.

Sampled on draft at the Harmony Inn this beer poured a murky yellow color with a large fluffy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with salt, lemon and was very much a margarita. The flavor was amazingly sour with margarita, lemon and salt notes. Really makes you pucker. Outstandingly long finish. Medium body. A bit overwhelming.
