Draught, 8% at Skaal Sønderborg. Very juicy and fruity aroma, peach and vanilla. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is very fruity with notes of peach and vanilla, sweet to begin with. A little peppery alcohol and a good yeasty finish.

Bottle, 6.2%. Caramelly aroma, but the sort of biscuity, nutty type. Cloudy brownish colour. OK stable tan head. The flavour is ok caramelly with the same notes of nuts and biscuit as the aroma, but tastes a little maltier than expected from the aroma. The yeast is fairly clean and does not resemble a typical Belgian dubbel as far as I am concerned.

Can, 5%. good coffee aroma. Black colour. Big light brown head, but it is quite fizzy and almost gone in seconds. The flavour has freshly brewed coffee and a little raw liquorice. The finish has more coffee, also in the aftertaste. A little yeast, toasted dark bread, raw liquorice in the aftertaste as well.

Bottle, 4.5%. Lagery aroma with a whiff of caramel and hay. Almost clear light amber colour. Good stable whitish head. The flavour starts off quite bitter, turns roasted and ends with a fair amount of yeastiness. Tastes a bit like homebrew that has not settled well enough.

Bottle, 5.0%. Ok caramelly aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is nutty and caramelly. Malty, but not sweet. Mild, but well-balanced. Nutty and fruity finish.

Bottle, 10.9%. Roasted, sweetish, jammy aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is sweetish with a touch of acid to balance. Roasted finish with a little salt and a good raw liquorice note. Does not taste much of alcohol. Jammy fruitiness. Cocoa powder aftertaste.
