Can, 11.5% - 2022 version. Vinous, acidic aroma, coconut, coffee, sweet liquorice. Pitch-black colour. Fizzy dark brown head. The flavour is quite acidic but also quite sweet. Complex dark sugars, acid, coconut, vanilla, marshmallow, tobacco, raspberry jam, sweet and bitter chocolate. Late coffee aftertaste. Very flavourful and also very good.

Bottle, 5.4%. Ok banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Fizzy white head. The flavour has banana, a touch of lemon ad clove, a little sweetness. Fairly mild for a Hefeweizen, but good.

Bottle, 5.1%. Good floral hop aroma with a whiff of old fruit. Hazy yellow colour. Semi-stable white head. The flavour is papery and ok malty. Has a rather astringent bitterness, though. Herbal bitterness, not so pleasant.

Bottle, 4.5%. Good papery aroma with a hint of acid. Hazy dark golden colour. Fizzy white head. The flavour is papery and malty with a mild floral hop. Tastes like a Helles with more aroma hops, and quite good.

Bottle, 5.5%. Good milk chocolate aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted and slightly salty with a hint of acid and a little cocoa powder. Roasted coffee finish and aftertaste.

Bottle, 4.6%. Malty and fruity aroma with faint notes of tea. Hazy golden colour, perhaps more cloudy toward the bottom. Good stable white head. The flavour is malty with a mild bt good floral note. The bitterness is higher than expected from the style, and there is a faint baking yeast note in the finish. But pretty good.

Bottle, 4.8%. Mild but refreshing floral hop aroma. Hazy light golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour starts off quite malty, and then comes a floral hoppiness like in the aroma. Has a little yeast in the finish, which I think is common for the style. Quite flavourful for the style, also.

Bottle, 13.6%. Distinct barrel aroma. Vanilla. Black colour. Very small brown head. The flavour is sweet with a distinct vanilla/marshmallow note. A bit on the sweet side, but ok balanced by the alcohol. Warming alcohol, woody bitterness. Burns a bit, but in the good way.
