Bottle, 9.5%. Malty aroma, more fruity than malty, actually. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a bready note and some baking yeast. Liquorice sweetness in the finish.

Bottle, 8.8% as Woeste Tripel. Refreshing CO2 and pepper aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very big, stable, rocky, white head. The flavour is peppery and fairly dry for the style. Has a little bite of fermented white sugar. And a sharp bitterness in the finish along with some baking yeast. Not as aromatic as other tripels.

Can, 2.0%. Mild lemonade aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Unstable white head. Good lemon flavour, slightly acidic. Mild beer notes, but not too bitter. Good sugar level, sweet but not too sweet.

Bottle, 6.5%. Thank you, Bamsen78! The aroma is quite malty, slightly caramelly, and also a little alcoholic. The appearance is a hazy greyish copper colour with a creamy white head. The flavour starts off quite bitter with a little yeast. Then comes a nice caramelly note. It also has some citrusy hop notes which I did not expect in a Doppelbock. The finish has a distinct bitterness, uncompromising but clean enough.

Bottle, 8%. Ok refreshing cherry aroma, slightly acidic and slightly pungent. Hazy dark red colour. Small creamy off-white head with a red hue. The flavour is quite sweet and fairly alcoholic. Has some alcohol bitterness, but not unpleasant as such. Late cherry syrup notes with a bready, beery bitterness.

Bottle, 5.4%. Faint caramelly hop aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with a good, clean bitterness. Mild fruit notes. Good mouthfeel.
