Bottle. Color: Very dark, almost black. Thin beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, fruity notes. Taste: Roasted malt, floral hop, fruity notes of elderberry and blueberry. Medium body, very low carbonation. Some dry-ish, almost medicinal hopbitterness at the finish. Light sweetness. Moderate bitterness goint to over medium bitterness at the finish.

Bottle from local Thorncombe village shop. Highly recommended shop, not only for the local beer, but mostly for the very friendly volunteers that run this shop. Anyway, back to the beer... Color: Cloudy golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Hoppy, orqnge, some lemon. Taste: Hoppy, orange, tangerine, some lemon and some floral hop. Zesty notes. Moderate sweet, over moderate to medium bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Second beer from this brewery that lacks carbonation, unfortunately...
