500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin layer, and aroma of apple, flesh, tropical hints. Taste is tart, appley, some pineapple & citrus, with dying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry minerally acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, fruit, flesh, funk. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, with caramel, some barnyard funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, and medium tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange golden colour, thin fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, ripe fruit, green wood. Taste is tangy, sharp, appley, with some core & skin, fruity, and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweet, apple, ripe fleshy, caramel, with barnyard funk and soft tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
