750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, white fizzy foam head that quickly diminishes, and aroma of perry pear, minerals, grapefruit, citric. Taste is sweet, perry pear, floral, fruity, grapefruity, with citric acidity and alittle soft tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying peary fruity lemony finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, spice, meadow, funk, earth. Taste is tangy, fruity, appley, woody, barrel notes, vanilla, pulpy, and slight funky, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is malty, roasty, dried fruits, caramel, chocolate, liquorice, with nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
