750ml bottle from Welsh Mountain. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fleshy, kiwi fruit hints, with leathery funk, some oak barrel, and alittle acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, malty, grainy, fruity, with zesty citrus and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy hoppy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at the Mean Eyed Cat, Newcastle. My #300 Ross on Wye rating. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, wood barrel oak, with some funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
