A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, vanilla, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant and rich. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

A hazed milky yellow Tipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice.
