Good double NEIPA but the finale is a bit stale compared to the brewery standard.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some vinous notes and light tropical hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some dry vinous notes, some oak and light tropical hoppy notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Well balanced saison with really good drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some woody bourbon notes and not much residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some woody bourbon notes and vanilla notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Strong woody bourbon stout with not too much astringency.

Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some floral hay notes and light funky ester with light oak presence. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great barreled saison with really good drinkability.
