Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some floral honey undertones and faint funky ester. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some floral honey notes and light funky ester with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great honey focus beer with more complexity than anticipated.
