Big thank you to Erzengel for sharing. Deep golden in the glass, small white head. Intensive malty barrel wood with peppermint on the nose. Weird. Taste starts boozy, alcoholic sharpness, malt and barrel wood, pale herbal. Can´t get really into it.

Short 0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 15.12.25. Cloudy pale yellow golden in the glass, small white head. Aroma starts with coriander, some citrus fruity elements, grape sourness, pale malt. Starts starts also with intensive fruity sourness. Pale malty. Below average carbonation for a Wit. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle no. 1816/2147. BB 01.05.26. Murky flat orange golden in the glass, nearly like a smoothie, small white head. Didn´t look good tbh. Sweet kale aroma with some hop. Taste is herbal, some kale, pale grainy, sweetness. Medical with increasing bitterness to the end. No, not my kind of stuff, although I am born, raised and still living in the real (!) Grünkohlland. I know Hamburgians put sugar in the Grünkohl and eat it with fried potatoes. Awful!

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 19.11.25. Yellow golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, small one finger white head. Aroma is sweet grainy caramel. Taste the same, also green apple fruity. Some cardboard bitterness. Nothing special.

Short 0,33 l bottle. BB 19.06.26. Clear golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Grassy caramel with citrus on the nose. Taste starts with caramel and some malt. Slick at the palate. Some cereales in the second row. Soft bitterness, mid carbonation. Easy drinker.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 15.10.26. Golden in the glass, slightly cloudy with a small white head. Wine fruity aroma with pale malt. Taste is less fruity, pale malty, soft grain in the background. Little bit herbal. Below average carbonated. Soft but increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. Better than expected.

0,5 l bottle. BB 29.05.26. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Grainy straw aroma, hints of caramel. Taste is more on the caramel malty side, grainy in the background. Soft bitterness. Mid carbonation. Easy drinker.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 24.01.26. Cloudy amber in the glass. Nearly two finger stable light beige head. Looks good. Dry dusty malty, some hay on the nose. Taste is malty, increasing dry blockmalz, short fruity sequenze in the beginning. Soft but present bitterness. Some sweetness in the aftertaste. Above average carbonated. Okay.
