Dogbrick Profile

Pours a cloudy apricot-gold color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of resiny hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, mango, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy orange-golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of piney hop, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom. The beer pours a dark brown color with a medium thin light beige head that dissipates quickly to a film. Small patches of lace. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate in the nose. Light-bodied with a roasty malt character and notes of bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

This beer pours a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, juicy citrus and tropical fruits, and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
