On draught at The Draft Room. Dark mahogany-brown color with a thin light beige head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of oak, malt, ripe fruit and caramel. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, caramel malt, dark fruit and a touch of earthy hop. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Sample at The Draft Room. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of resiny hops, malt and a bit of fruit. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, roasted malt and fruit. The finish is hoppy up front with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
