Fairly large bar a short walk from the castle. They have ample outside seating so given the good weather we opted for that. They had five of their own beers on tap at our visit with the stout being really good. They do flights but the staff didnβt bother telling us that when we ordered three thirds to start with.

Cozy little pub right next to the castle. The weather was great, so we sat outside on the terrace. There were only four casks on at our Tuesday visit, but at least they were all local and in good condition. Go here for a traditional pub experience if in Inverness.

We went here for brunch, since it was close to our hotel, and Spoons are usually a good way to get a few ticks with your meal. They didnβt disappoint with three new cask ticks including two milds.

We went here on a Monday evening, so it was both busy and loud. We managed to get seats after looking a bit around, and started ticking from there. They had around 15 of their own beers on tap along with a couple of guests. They do thirds. The pizzas were good. Certainly the best place for ticking in Inverness, but itβs not a relaxed and cozy venue.
