Keg at Claichaig, Glencoe. It pours clear amber with a medium fizzy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, grassy, bit of lemon curd, custard creams and doughy white bread. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, bitter, straw, grass, some creaminess, candied lemon and touch of pepper with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Clean and quaffable. Nice example of the style.
