4.6.2025. Tap at Maly pivo. Classic NEIPA. Med body, med carbo. Med sweetness, med-light bitterness. Hops centered, quite juicy. Lots of exotic, citrusy hops character. Quite good in its category, a bit boring though, has been done a 1000 times over. 7,5.

9.6.2026. Tap at Galerie piva (pic). A bit less good today. Thinnish, almost watery. No juiciness. Background malt, med bitter, a bit of lack of hops though. Med-light lemony citrusy, light grassy. Overall neutral, meh. Drinkable tho. 6,4.

4.6.2025. Can at Maly pivo. Lots of tomato and green pepper in this one, spices, pepper, etc. People are complaining about lack of meat and apparent presence of carrot. I dont really know man, it is a goulash gose. It tastes like one. Decadent enough, tasty enough, all good with me. 8,0.

18.3.2026. Can from the same first batch, shared much later at Valhalla (pic). Lots of tomato and paprika, also med-light smoked element with a meaty hint. Med-light herbing. Actually feels goulashy. A good one, even after all this time. Med bod, med-light carbo. Med sour, med-light sweet, light bitter. Still nice.

Tap at Maly pivo. Pretty classic hazy from Potoka. Lots of haze, med-full body, medium carbo, lots of cereal feeling, lots of classic tropical hops character. Overall good, but a bit boring, has been done a hundred times over, also by himself.

Bottle at Maly pivo. Lots of plum, lots of spice, also lots of flowery impression. Med-thin body, medium carbo. Med-light sourness, light sweetness, bitterness. Tasty, drinkable, interesting. Very good.

Bottle from PBF. Thin body, low carbo. Light sourness, light tartness, light sweetness, light bitterness. Med-light berries, stone fruits, general fruitiness. Light wine and wood. Drinkable, good one.

Can via Pult, Prague, after PBF fest. Rather thin body, dry, medium carbonation. Quickly disappearing head, rather soapy big bubbles. Clear dark brown colour. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Loads of smoked aroma and flavour, bacon, but also kinda oaky? I am new to alder smoke, but it is intense here, and very good, I love it. Beer overall easily drinkable, very tasty. Great.
