On tap. Pours black with short head. Aromas of creamy coffee, vanilla and slick roasted malts. Flavors of roasted malts, burnt sugars, and a bit of lactose.

Small tasting room and restaurant with beautiful large covered outdoor seating and fully outdoor picnic tables. Set flights of 3-5 and large flight of 10 available. Nice view and food. Definitely worth a stop.

Bitter Orange Rosemary from Salt Spring Wild Cider House

750 ml bottle. Pours a hay color. Aromas of sharp apple, orange peel and grapes. Flavors follow same with bitter orange and soft rosemary. Good.

Also now under the Voyager Liquor Merchant wing, but still the feel of the original store. Large selection of BC Craft and small but interesting Import selection with several Belgians. The definitive beer store on Saltspring.
