Can from Wee Vault. Hazy golden body with a white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tangerine and dragon fruit. Flavour of watermelon and orange pulp. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and fruity. This is a delicious IPA featuring one of my favourite hops, but my gut says Idaho 7 is a ‘sweet’ hop that needs a funky/bitter companion such as Motueka or Sabro.
